How It Works
Connect the BeerGater Plate to the CO₂ Tanks
Attach the BeerGater plate securely to both pressure tanks using the provided hoses. Ensure all connections are tight to prevent leaks and maintain proper pressure flow.
Mount the BeerGater Plate on the Cooler
Hang the BeerGater plate over the front edge of any standard cooler. Make sure it is stable and properly positioned for easy access to the tap.
Pressurize the System
Add CO2 to the system whenever it gets low, keeping about 10 PSI of pressure. Simply open the valve to increase the pressure, and then close the valve once it reaches 10 PSI. DO NOT leave the valve open at all times, or you will run out of CO2 much too quickly and the pressure will become too high, causing beverages to blast out of the tap instead of flowing in cool, smooth pours.
