It all started with our idea to create a smaller, more portable tailgating beer dispenser because we were tired of dealing with renting a keg every time we wanted to have a decent tailgate. We couldn't find anything in the marketplace, so we needed to innovate. After lots of "garage" engineering and field testing, we finally had a decent working product using hand-pumped pressure tanks, which were cumbersome and annoying to constantly pump, but they worked well and proved the concept. After much more innovation and better engineering by design professionals, the new BeerGater pressure tanks were designed, created and manufactured for testing - and they perform like champs!
