Return Policy

Exchanges:

Gater, LLC provides a 90-day, no-questions-asked full replacement warranty on BeerGater^® products minus shipping costs. Product must be in re-sellable condition and returned to Gater, LLC within the 90-day time period.

Warranty includes BeerGater^® tap plate, pressure tanks and injector and does not include individual CO2 cartridges. Replacement warranty product will be shipped within 3 business days of receiving the product being replaced.

Refunds:

Gater, LLC provides a 30-day, no-questions asked full refund. Product must be in re-sellable condition and returned to Gater, LLC within the 30-day time period.

Refund includes BeerGater^® tap plate, pressure tanks and injector and does not include individual CO2 cartridges. Refunds will be made via PayPal, check or credit card refund within 10 business days.

Customer modification of BeerGater^® products in any way voids warranty and refund options.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
